Terms & Conditions / FAQ's

We will have our main Tuber sale in October with a second sale most likely to occur in November. Subscribers will be kept notified via email.

Shipping will commence in October through to November and will be sent via Australia Post. Shipping charges are automatic at checkout.

Combined shipping isn't something we are offering this year, unless customer is happy to pay $10 fee (for our additional time & handling to go through finding your orders and process this for you). The $10 fee will apply per order. If there is a difference after this it will be refunded.

Local delivery and/or pickup isn't something we are offering this season.

Certain varieties will have a limit of '1 per household/customer' please don't try to work around this using a different name, address or reason eg "buying for someone else" this isn't acceptable and your order will be cancelled and refunded. We are building stock of these varieties ourselves so we will have more to share, it is only fair to share the love and have limits on these.

We cannot ship to WA, NT or TAS die to quarantine restrictions, we're sorry folks. We may re-visit this in future seasons.

Please unpack your orders within 24hours of receiving and alert us via email if there are any issues with your order, within 48hours - please include photos. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, nor will we offer a refund for a tuber that has been planted, stored or put on a cutting bed. Refer to our free growing guide to assist, keeping in mind your own climate, soil type and setup. Do your own research. General rule of thumb for planting is the first weekend of November (again, do your own research on when frosts have passed and when may be the right time to plant for you). Gwyngana Dahlias holds no responsibility for the growth or storage of your tuber, this is up to you and out of my control. All tubers are sent with viable eyes and ready for planting.
